LaRosa's Pizza Lakota - West Chester

Always good no matter what you order! The above was my original post. Updated- 1/1/2025. Getting sloppy at this restaurant regarding accuracy, meh, whatever, that's everywhere. I haven't commented about that in past visits. Tonight- Broccoli Cheddar soup tasted good. Salad instruction was followed, thank you. (Tomatoes make it inedible for me- which happened last time) and, it's good that the lids were fastened this time. Cleaned quite a bit of meat sauce off of my front seat, carpet, doorjamb, pants & shirt the time or two before that after it spilled into the paper bag which burst as I was getting out of the car. But then we opened the pizza box - Y'all think you're funny?? Did you get a good laugh? Small squares- is an option for "cut" - julienned is not. And- in all of that dicing- the toppings slid to one side of the box - or - your delivery person needs to level out food in their car seat. It isn't even cut thru the crust evenly - which makes trying to pull it apart to eat quite difficult. I'm not amused. That cutting- seems intentional. Like- what do you even get out of doing that? What...- did it annoy you that I requested small squares? I always do...because when it's in squares, it seems like there's more pizza to share. So- y'all slashing it up like that- Ridiculous. I shouldn't even have spent money on delivery right after Christmas - but I'm not feeling great, so no energy to cook. Thanks for ruining the little bit of relief I felt for ordering your usually delicious, albeit pricey food. So, now you go from 5 stars to 2 for food & get 1 star for service. Yes, I'm mad about it. Mistakes happen. This wasn't a mistake.

Believe it or not my wife would go to LaRosa' s from time to time because the food was always sooo goood. Well she always went to the original location on Boudinou Ave. One day she went there with our baby girl. Momma LaRosa was there cooking. She sees my wife and baby and immediately comes out and ask' s if she can hold our baby. She puts our baby on her hip and goes back to continue cooking. She her " little bambino". That happened 54 years ago and I will.never forget it! Unfortunately I lost my wife in 2020 but our little girl is going on 55 now. Yes LaRosa' s will be our favorite restaurant Go make a wonderful memory of your own.!!!

I was here on Halloween night. One of the BUSIEST night of the year for the restaurant industry. I have to say the employees that were working do NOT get paid enough. I can’t get over how rude the customers were to these amazing employees. I don’t think I would have handled the pressure you all were on as well you guys did. They truly were handling this best that they could. I want to sincerely apologize on behalf of the human population who clearly has not worked in the service industry before. You employees deserved better that night. I hope that management treats you to a nice dinner or something.

We had a little birthday celebration and were able to use the private room. Staff was amazing

Excellent as always. I've had pizza from New York to New Orleans, Texas, Stlouis and Chicago. LaRosas is right up there with the best on taste and texture. The cookies and wings are great too.

Their food was delicious. When we visit the Cincinnati area, we also dine at LaRosa's. They have one of the freshes salads. We also love their homemade chips and chicken bacon pizza.

Food was typical LaRosa’s, which was good. Our service was fantastic. Becca was very attentive and provided exceptional hospitality for me and my grandpa. Thank you!
